George Washington University, School of Medicine and Health Sciences

In 2003, more than 18,500 people interested in living and learning in the nation’s capital applied for admission to GW’s undergraduate schools. Of these, almost 2,300 enrolled at GW. Forty-six percent of the University’s freshman class rank in the top 10 percent of their high school graduating classes, while 74 percent rank in the top fifth.
