Delaware Valley College Delaware Valley College is a private, co-educational four-year college located in Bucks County, in South-East Pennsylvania. Founded in 1896 as the National Farm School, DelVal attained junior college status in 1945 and senior college status in 1948. Our name changed to the Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture in 1960 before finally becoming Delaware Valley College, a name now recognized nationally as a leader in higher education, in 1989. Offered degrees - Master in Educational Leadership
