Los Medanos College is a diverse, full-service community college, serving approximately 9,000 students each semester. We offer a comprehensive, fast-track transfer program for students who wish to pursue baccalaureate degrees, Associate degrees and Certificates of Achievement in technical education programs for job skills training, and courses for continuing professional education. Located in a pleasant suburban community about 50 minutes east of San Francisco, Los Medanos is situated in one of the fastest growing and dynamic places in the San Francisco Bay Area in the eastern part of Contra Costa County.
